Explores role development as a designer, coordinator, and manager in the health care delivery systems. Concepts and theories of leadership management, organization change, decision making, finance, politics, and human resource management are examined. Leadership and management roles and strategies are analyzed in relation to a changing health care system. Emphasis is placed on the application of concepts and theories in a variety of settings.
