The course will emphasize the need for personal values, belief systems and talents to match with culture and demands of the work environment.

Develop the strategic management skills needed by managers. Builds upon the basic subject matter from previous courses in different functional areas, although Strategic Management has a significantly separate theoretical core. The course covers mission and goal formulation, environmental analysis, organizational analysis, strategy formulation, and strategy implementation.
