Introduces students to the basic language skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing). A proficiency-oriented approach is used in the course. No prerequisites.

Reinforces the range of skills practiced in Korean 001, while focusing on expanding the students' vocabulary and fluency. Expands speaking, listening, reading and writing. Prerequisite: Korean 001

Enhances speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Korean. Cultural activities are included to allow students to appreciate cultural nuances in the target language. Prerequisite: Korean II or placement by instructor.

Stregthens the Korean language communication skills with an audiovisual approach. Literary texts are studied. Allows students to communicate information on a variety of topics, familiar and unfamiliar, with confidence and ease. Prerequisite: KORE 003

Strengthens fluency, pronunciation and listening comprehension within a specific context of the target language. Prerequisite: Korean 004 or Instructor's approval.

Introduces students to major aspects of the Korean culture including pop culture. No prerequisites.
