Enhances the Air Force ROTC academic curriculum by providing cadets with dynamic experiential activities, opportunities, and feedback needed to develop the leadership, managerial, discipline, and supervisory skills required of successful Air Force officers. Such things include listening, understanding themselves, being a good follower, and problem-solving efficiently. The students will apply these leadership perspectives when completing team-building activities and discussing conflict management. Students should demonstrate basic verbal and written communication skills.

Additionally, the students will hone their professional military writing and briefing skills. Mandatory course for students enrolled in the first year of the Professional Officer Corps for completion of the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps commissioning program.
